Pet Portrait Product Form

Thank you for your interest in a precious pet portrait ornament 

Please read all details and agreements very carefully: 

Step 1) Photo selection: please select the photo of your pet you would like to be displayed on your ornament. Best photos are head shots of your pet where they are looking at or around the camera and where all details of their features can be clearly seen.

Photo Submission can be sent via email: ShawnKFoleyOfficial@gmail.com

Step 2) Submit photo and pay invoice.

Step 3) Costs: One ornament is $50 A set of two is $75 and a Set of 4 is $150. Shipping for all sets is a flat $5.00 Fee

Final payment once portrait is completed is NONREFUNDABLE 

Payment Types Accepted: Cash, Zelle, Venmo

Step 4) Timeframe: Portraits are started in the order in which deposits are received. It may take 1-2 weeks to receive your personalized Ornaments.. Business hours in which all art is handled and discussed is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm pacific standard time.

Acknowledgments

I understand paintings are an artistic rendering of photographs supplied and are not meant to be photographic copies of photos supplied. 

I understand it may take 1-2 weeks to receive a personalized ornament

I understand that costs are non refundable once paid to Shawn K Foley for their time. 

I understand that by paying initial deposit or cost I acknowledge and agree to all terms above.
